Welcome to Stourport Specialist Cycles

Established in 1995 Stourport Specialist Cycles carry out repairs and servicing on all makes, models and types of bike. We offer a specialist wheel building service as well as suspension fork rebuilds and frame repairs. All repairs are ready within one day of receiving the bike, unless specialist components are required.It is best to phone and book an appointment as the workshop is normally very busy.

Any bike or parts we donot have instock can be ordered for a next day delivery(subject to availability).

.We stock loads of second hand and ex team parts alot of which as had very little use, eg Forks, Handlebars , Disc Brakes, Frames. Stock changes daily so please phone for details.

DAVE LIST WINS MIDLANDS DOWN HILL CHAMPIONSHIP

Dave List in action

After being out of action for most of the 2011 season with a badly broken collar bone long time S.S.C supported rider Dave List surprised everyone with a win in the Midlands Down hill championship.

The race held at Caersws in Mid Wales,was Dave’s first race in months, and is one of his favourite courses.

This is the second time that the popular man from Cleobury has won the Championship and will give him a great boost ending the season on a high.

TIM ENDS SEASON WITH A WIN

Following a second place finish at Sherwood Pines (Overall) second at Llandegla(Overall) second at High Wycombe(Veterans) and second place in the Summit MTB series in which he beat the Veterans National Champion by 3 points, Tim Grainger finally went one better and won the Veterans class at the Shrewsbury Sports Village race which was promoted by the Mid Shropshire Wheelers.

Tim was delighted to also finish third overall on a course which favoured Cyclo Cross bikes with about a quarter of the track being tarmac. “I was well pleased how fast my mountain bike was, thanks to my Schwalbe Furious Fred semi slick tyres I was nearly as quick as the Cross bikes on the road sections and quicker in the woods. If the finsh line had not been on the road I think I would have got second overall it was that close.”
